SKU # REFERENCE: If you want to modify a stock or existing design, enter the SKU # so we can refer to it.
TEAM NAME: Enter your team, group, school or club's name.
TEAM MASCOT: Enter your mascot, if applicable.
SPORT or ACTIVITY: Choose the sport or activity that you want the design to emphasis. If you don't see what you want, select OTHER and mention it in the Instructions.
COLORS: Select the main and secondary colors for your design. Review our color chart on the left.
PERSONALIZE: Let us know if this is a personalized or non-personalized design.
INSTRUCTIONS: Inform us of any specific instructions, directions or comments.
YOUR CLUB/TEAM WEBSITE: We view websites to verify spelling, colors, designs, etc., if applicable.
